How does the service work?
1- Schedule through WhatsApp your appointment with our specialist, once you have the date arranged, pay for the advice.
2- You will receive recommendations on what you need. Proceed to the payment of your package
3- Obtain your order in the time agreed upon in the consultation.
You will maintain direct contact with Carolina through WhatsApp and zoom.
4- Time to make changes or give feedback
What is the procedure if I choose a package directly?
Choose the package online, complete the required information and make the payment.
You will receive a Zoom video call to discuss your needs, and a email form to collect details.
Once we have all the necessary information, the design process begins. 24 to 72 hours.
You will receive by email the conceptthe Moodboard and the 3D design. You will be able to review it and request comments or modifications.
Once you are satisfied with the project, you will be able to choose if you wish to have let us buy and ship the furniture to your home.
This service is available if you use our furniture and you are in Switzerland or Germany.
We can also search stores, manage purchase and shipping if you are outside Europe.
This service has a additional cost of 10% of total purchase value.
